but they say rent is 1,200-1,600 and that's just crazy to me

he's showing the % of what you make a month / what you spend on rent

at the end of the month i'm making what you would make if you were paid minimum wage/hr and worked 40 hours

but in his examples he's saying split with a roommate so I would be at 25%

and 1980s is 23%

he's saying minimum wage needs to go up if you're a normal person that doesn't have a mental illness and get all the perks

it is too low because you need a roommate and even then it would be a 1 room apartment
