meh
it's pretty simple
don't eat more than you need and make good decisions when buying food
it's okay to be hot or cold you don't need to be perfect that's a luxury
biggest thing you don't need to drive at all period that's a complete luxury

I would say sell drugs okay that's an easy way to make a ton of money I don't say that because it's illegal and if you get caught it isn't worth it
I would say trade drugs for drugs but again that's illegal if you get caught it isn't worth it
you can buy a POUND of thca for $290 A POUND 16 OUNCES 3 ounces a month is good smoking that's 5 months of FOOD and entertainment for $290
spend 130 on food for the month buy a pound and smoke weed for 5 months

if you don't smoke you're basically screwed you'll just go insane
not to say you cannot live without it
you can but the entire time you're planning for when you can
there's really no reason to not unless you're weird
like one of those people that does scat and covers themself with poop head to toe
instead of smoking weed

food is cheap
entertainment is cheap
if you can't walk there you don't need to go
if you do need to go and you can't walk find a ride and give 5 or 10 for gas and even then they usually won't accept it

I love this idea they're finally joining the group on needing more money
but you don't need more money
you need to learn to save and spend your money wisely

i've never agreed with working for 40 years and then living
unless you made a lot of money on like an oil rig or something you're pulling 5k 10k a week
you should want to work 40 years because working feels good

home taxes and home insurance is something i've never had to deal with so I cannot comment
google saying around 3k a year for both
idk man it's not BAD BAD but really makes you want to rent an apartment instead lol
I've had it explained before I don't really know the exact scenario but it puts you at like 200-600$ for the entire year where 200 is about normal and 600 is a lot of money

then we'd have to talk about all the weird things like receipts and taxes to get your money back on what you spend
because if the average home is only pulling in 200 a entire year considering everything that has to be paid
then that's when you get multiple people in the house working and all helping each other
but all that is in the equation

then the idea that houses are like businesses and you're going to make bottom of the line each year what you actually would make in the sense of being a restaurant or boutique a software development company a news station something like that

I've lived in houses my entire life
I've really taken advantage of growing up in houses
and I don't care much for it anymore
I like apartments more maybe not when I get older but probably

I don't just get 200-600 at the end of the year
I get 200-600 a month

rent could go up everything goes up

I don't plan on getting married I don't plan on having kids
but I do get a lot of money each month for not doing much work
everything is paid for

as long as rent doesn't go up a crippling amount or the place gets demolished I could see myself living here 40 years easy
