thc is legal in texas if it is under 0.3%

thca is completely legal

thca is a precursor to thc

just need decarboxylation to turn thca to thc which usually is just the heat from the flame of a lighter

but thca always turns to thc even if the flower is sitting in a sealed jar at room temp

i've smoked thca since it first was introduced in 2019

I did a quick research lesson on all the legal types and thca was my first go to because it was supposedly the acid form which I did a lot of acid so I figured it would do better in my system

I really didn't know until later it was the exact same thing as thc after heated

I tried cbd I tried delta8 then thca and several others were introduced and I just gravitated straight to thca because the word acidic

I remember about 4 or 5 more but cannot think of their names

it seems like all of them got removed entirely

and thca is the king

unfortunately I still have around 2 years before I can smoke and I know better from last time than to test anything out and suffer the consequences

I've heard horror stories on the cs bus of people that have signed to be done go smoke directly after signing get called in to come to the office fail a test and have to do it all over again from the very start

it's hard enough just doing the normal stuff you have to do

january done with court costs

may 2026 done with supervision fees

1 year from may 2026 to may 2027 done

and I could get off a month or two early

maybe march or april 2027

but at least i'm not struggling it's honestly not bad at all I drink soda or tea or aqua fresca I smoke cigs like a chuuchuu train I got my cats for support

it sucks I'm still like 20 months away and it's going to take so long

right now it's fast because so much cs and am and work

but once cs and am is done

and it's just work a couple days a week

it'll be much faster because i'll be at home and I can basically sleep away the entire days

try to sleep like 4 or 5 days a week

never really need to leave the house for anything

just stay in drink my drinks smoke my cigs sleep as much as possible code as much as possible as long as it doesn't interrupt sleep

just looking forward to getting everything done and paid

then just having visits for like 16 months 

go in once a month for like 20 mins and done

go in the next month for like 20 mins and done

and repeat and repeat then eventually actually done

it is a long time no one is denying that

but if I can get in the rhythm of sleeping like 12-16 hours a day and end up sleeping 3/4ths of the time that would be the best case scenario

get food a few times a month do my job one the two days a week basically the only reason to leave the house sleep alllllllllllll day wake up to code for a little bit

70 hours of cs left 14 hours a week 5 weeks

get that done august 5th

get am done august 18th

after all that the biggest thing is keeping my ssi running

that's 23 months my ssi needs to continuously run with no issues

at this moment in time that's the biggest thing that could kill my plan

because they keep saying I am getting overpaid

but i'm only making like 70$ a check so I have literally no idea why

going to the office tomorrow to try to get some answers

my mom asks basically nothing from me I do everything she wants

just if I ask to go eat out somewhere like bww or golden corral she wants me to be able to pay for myself

my dad wants me to have a kid

and I want to have a kid but I don't have enough money

then he wants me to go work with him on the oil rig and I wouldn't mind that

he's telling me I can make $5k a week and i'd love that

he wants me to get off of ssi and make a living

and working for the rest of my life until I retire sounds awful when I could just not work and live off of ssi

but 5k a week is definitely enough to raise the kid I want and buy the home I want not just live in an apartment for the rest of my life

I want to tell him after I get off of probation but I think he wants it now because it's open now and may not be in 2 years

it's like everything my dad asks me to do I feel like I literally cannot do it

another thing about that job they do hair follicle test 90 days no weed or alcohol or anything

I want to smoke and drink when I get done with probation lol

I don't want to do 4 years sober then have to do 30 more years sober before I can smoke or drink

it's like

live in an apt have just enough $ no kids get to smoke and drink all day vs get a nice house have plenty of money have plenty of kids raised how I want cheer sports cars on 16th bday nice parties lake days nice clothes and no smoking or drinking for 30+ years

like i'm definitely taking option #1 any day of the week
