Majority of anger management is him talking about keywords and what to do when you get angry or situations that make people angry and what to do if caught in an argument with your wife

He told one story and it stuck with me

"I never use utensils never have I use tortillas for all my food just scoop it up and yeah you know

I was at a restaurant with my wife and some family and I pulled out my tortillas she got on to me and said to eat with my utensils I had never done that before but I knew it meant something to her so I did it and it was something I had to learn."

I want to tell the instructor he said something and I tried it and it worked

But I'm sure he would think something to manager anger

When in reality 

It's now I eat all my food with tortillas and it is better
