tonight has been a great night for learning code

I have learned several things new to me

like being able to read ffxi chat in python

and a breakthrough to finally get api to work with python

i'm not subbed to 11 right now so I have no way to test so i'm not even attempting to write anything with that in mind

but 13$ or whatever to get 1 char no wardrobes is starting to sound like a good idea

first I want to do more research

obviously cannot do enough research first

because I don't want to be subbed for months and get burnt out and basically waste money

if I sub no wardrobes I really can't do anything besides test code

which is really where my interest for the game is at

it's a 23? year old game

no one really cares for bots anymore no one even really cares for cool programs

most people do play legit besides the multiboxing which doesn't break the tos

obviously all the addons and scripts they use to multibox does

which is why I don't really care for people that do multibox playing with them or watching their videos

it's not my thing

I like writing programs for 11

even if no one uses them

I find it the best part of 11

I can't think of a single other game I could even use my experience with writing code on lol

but it's fun and that's about it

which is plenty for me

I'm going to do more research on learning to read the ffxi chatlog with python

I'm going to do more research on calling functions from a c# api in python

it's 1:12am

I have to be up at 6:30am

that's only 5 hours away

i've been sleeping good the past 2 weeks

I don't have anything to do after 11am tomorrow

I think i'm going to make some coffee(which I have a lot of) and do some reading

I do my best learning and testing between the hours of 1 and 5 and I plan on getting a lot of reading done tonight

I've been very brickwall'd at finding new things to add to crafter

I have a few ideas for other programs and I could easily write them now whereas a few years ago when I was first writing them I had no idea I was just learning

which feels excellent
