at least we have a chance at rain

my apartment gets so goshdarn hot

I have no idea what to do to get it cooler

I crack the windows during the day I block out the windows with a blanket 

I open my screen window at night

I run a box fan the ceiling fan and my ac all day long

I haven't run my hot water in a solid month

I take a few cold showers a day

rn i'm draining my tote so I can take a ice cold bath

I cannot believe I'm going to have to deal with this 4 months a year

there's got to be something I can do to cool this apartment off

it's a small apartment

my best judgement tells me it would be easy to keep it cold

just nothing works to actually keep it cold
