he asks for something cheap

claims he only has like two dollars

is in a store or restaurant

begs for something gets something free or pulls out enough money

then tried to give money to people in the store via tips or just handouts

Man does that guy come off as having something mentally wrong some type of weird mental disorder

so awkward and he keeps doing it over and over again

he has to have some weird disorder

imminent suicidal tendencies

how can he get told the same thing I wrote so many times a day

and keep doing it
