if you were getting raped

and you shot and killed your rapist during the act

you would still go to prison for murder since you actually did the murder

gotta love the judicial system

they don't ask any extra information and self defense means nothing

so it would look like just a regular typical murder

it would go to jury if it made it that far

and all they would know is you killed a person lol
