It's not horizon

It's the injection wearing off like it has the past 4+ month on the second day before the injection 

Good thing we make our own schedule at work and can afford to miss work to get our sleep

So far being a schizophrenic has got literally nothing of value as far as medicine and patent treatment 

If it's good for anything it's good for getting off work a few days before the injection after the injection has worn off

The shot is very specific it has to be on an exact day no sooner even if it has worn off for it to work but it can be later because if you're 5 mins late to appointment nurse won't see you so have to reschedule
