Am I the only one that notices
Texas big drama the last few months(3 or so) was a possible thc ban just want to clearly state "THC ban"
which got vetoed so then the big thing is "THC IS LEGAL IN TEXAS"
now it's this big special session is "THC" regulation
Why are they able to use the term thc if it is "hemp"
less than 0.3% thc
I mean am I the only one that sees this as a weird thing they are doing
nothing can be sold with more than 0.3% thc federally unless it is a "real medicinal thc state"
are we going to have the label "thc" which means all the d8 thca d10 hhc etc everything not thc
and the label "real thc" for the actual thc buds
it is so deceptive
I mean if you just read:
possible thc ban
my head thing oh was thc legal
then thc is not banned
oh so thc is legal
then thc regulations
oh they're regulating thc
but literally none of it has anything to do with actual thc at all what so ever
