testing how much gil I can make using a quick chocobo session and selling trumpet shell ring to npc

if I run math ahead of time

choco digging is about 160k in 20 mins

I have no idea how long it'll take to catch 200 trumpet shells but I expect it will take around 5 hours to catch all 200

after catching all 200 I then need to do 100 synths

this makes between 3,600 and 4,800 per craft for nq and hq and means i'll make around 430,000

with digging and rings that's 590,000

if I make 600,000 a day in 5 hours in one week that's 4.2m

in a month of npcing logs from chocobo digging and npcing bonecraft rings from fishing shells

that's 18,000,000 gil

3 months of doing this 54,000,000 gil

fishing gugs gives 10,000,000 a day and the fish need to be sold to players not npc

vs 600,000 a day digging and fishing for shell to make rings all goes straight to npc

I have 3 ebisu all with 110 fishing

I have 110 bc with escu

and I have capped chocobo digging skill

for every 60m in mats I make around 100m

with 3 ebisu I make 30,000,00 a day

that's 100m every 2 days

in a month of doing this 1,500,000,000

very important to have 3 ebisu if you want to make to make that much

as each ebisu is pulling in 500,000 a month so for 1.5b you need 3

7 days catch 600 fish a day that sell for 50,000 each

600 * 7 = 4,200

4,200 * 50,000 = 210,000,000

all 210m on pangu mats

spending 840,000,000 on mats making 1,715,000,000 in 1 month

how long do you think selling 840m worth of fish would take

a long time

in reality they just don't sell that fast

sure you can find someone who wants their ebisu fast and has the gil you make about 10mil

and this happens once or twice every about 3 months

otherwise you just sell a few at a time

but it's not uncommon to sell out during the night

those numbers are what it can pull in a month but you'll be sitting on fish for years after one good month of fishing

which isn't bad you can also keep 1 account fishing 1 account bazaring and looking for business and 1 account doing whatever
