update to my on going charge

court date on the 18th

what i'm being told is one of two things going to happen

either they "slap me on my wrist" and reinstate my probation hopefully keeping all the work i've done and just letting me finish

or they could just close the case and done

i'm not expecting them to close the case

and I could see probation having to restart all the way over worst case scenario

what I'm hoping for is reinstate probation while keeping the work done so I can finish and get off clean

but obviously it would be best if they just closed the case

I got my charge july 22 2023

today is february 5 2025

it's been two years not to date but two years from 2023 to 2025

It's like the end is finally in sight

everything is going good

I'm making it a point to not smoke anymore until this is all over doing whatever I have to do to not smoke weed

I am still drinking but i'll probably only drink one or two more days then i'm going to stop about 10 days before the court hearing

I seriously cannot wait to get to smoke and drink freely inside of my own home

it's going to be heaven

money is a little tight right now

I could have to pay the rest of probation

but I owe for being bonded out of jail I just have to pay the person that gave me the loan

I haven't worked in several weeks so i'm going to ask the manager if I can come back and hopefully he allows it

that way money won't be sooo sooo tight

he likes me working up there but my mom wants me to make sure before I go back and start up again

I'll be in the van outside watching all night

not in the office watching and taking care of things from the office

I'm fine with that
