Talked to my lawyer 

The prosecutor is not willing to reinstate my pretrial diversion 

She doesn't want to make me do prison time

And they have worked out a two year deferred adjudication 

So what that means for me

No smoking weed

Pay all the fees on time

Do all the community service on time

Basically that's it

I'll have plenty of time to work at my job

Live a normal house life in my apt

And play lots of FFXI

It's a really good deal

My mom was upset the pretrial diversion time basically just gets void and doesn't carry over to anything 

I was very happy at what she got me

I'm excited to do all the work

And get off without a conviction 

By having the case end at a dismissal
