I'm so tired of being in trouble lol

I'll probably get 10 years of probation and never smoke weed ever again

Just recently had my last smoke and it was good

First puff I don't want to do this anymore 

Second puff I'm enjoying it it's my last smoke

Third puff the final comedown 

10 years of probation would suck so bad

2 4 that wouldn't be too bad

My offer right now is 4 years in prison then 12 months of some program after you get out of prison

But the evidence they have of me doing bad on pretrial diversion is from November 2024 and I did a lot community service and paying fees after November 

Hopefully they can get that info

And lower my punishment 

My mom says if I'm going to be on probation for 10 years I may as well just go to prison

They could get it down to two years and I did 6 months in county

So it could be as low as a year and sixth months

Basically self defense doesn't work because he didnt hit me first

And he was dealing damage to me mentally and physically just not with weapons

So Texas can't do anything about that

She says if someone is grabbing for a gun you can shoot them and it's self defense 

But if they're not hitting you you can't hit them

I explained it was torture by googles definition 

She said that doesn't mean anything in court

And I tried to say he was causing mental damage that was making physical damage 

She said it doesn't work like that

What she said he was doing is bad roommate behavior and as awful as it is you can't knock them out because of it

She said the da picks cases if they fit the criteria 

If a young man pushed a young man and it was just pushing the day would probably let that go

But what I did fits their criteria so they picked it

10 years probation vs 2 years prison time 

It's a hard choice

I think I would do the probation for my girls

But if I did the prison then the programs to get back in society I could be smoking in 1/3rd the time compared to probation
