a simple write up about ff11

from the perspective of playing for 18 years since xbox 360 beta

all jobs 119 all relics all empys 3 mythics 2 aeonics 1 su5 5 ambu weapons 1 escutcheon ebisu +1 & lu shangs +1 2 lvl 99 mobs in monstrosity

capped and all extra items in bonecraft

3 capped chocobos fully furnished mog house

several years of pvp experience

10 master jobs

highest m.lvl 27 bst

first of all I don't like not paying my ff11 sub

& I don't do much in game when I do pay my sub, it's more just sitting waiting for something fun than anything else

Okay NM camping is 100% dead, vrtra was good but now everyone can do vrtra

when you get several masters like 10    it's very difficult to jp farm alone it's just too boring for the reward

crafting is 100% dead

digging or racing takes too long for the reward and the reward isn't that bad

pvp never happens anymore since private servers got big

relics cost 15m to 119 ag from end of kill trials and that's not bad but making 15m is such a pain

without crafting to make gil you basically only have dynamis and that's about 1mil every 2 hours

it's really annoying

back to chocobos specifically breeding since generations get no extra buff there's almost no point to breed unless you want stats to didn't make before

master levels past 27 is so freaking annoying you basically have to pay people to bot it for you, no one makes parties regularly and soloing it is possible but still such a pain

prime weapons are unrealistic

and in 2024 you need a capped master level and prime GOOD LUCK if you do not multi box

once you make all rmea it's really a much different game

I have mostly everything I feel like I have everything I've ever wanted

and for the most part all I do now is Pirate's chart and pirate's chart has been out for 18 years lol

still lvl 20 cap still the same thing besides we have better gear now to make it easier chocobo shirt specifically for the 50 acc r.acc and m.acc

I don't know why I spend 30$ a month on this game but I know I don't like it when I don't pay

i'd say about 70%-90% i'm just standing doing nothing

dynamis is good gil but you have to work    I have a job for work    this is a game, I want to play

pirates and digging is fun but it's really not you're really not making gil without the idea of work, it's just another form of working

capacity points and exemplar points is fun,    .    .    .    In a party, solo, it's work

more work

trying to find things to do in the game that don't feel like work    to get whatever you need be it cap points exemplar gil whatever is getting harder and harder to do

the infinity wall I call it has completely diminished the idea of having millions of years at hand to do do do do has gone

you got about 2 hours and you're exhausted

it's not like it was back in 2006-2008

don't have millions of years to put in    you got about 2 hours and you need to move on to the next thing

I definitely don't want to stop paying for ff11

I probably never will stop paying for ff11

it's at a point I find myself saying there's nothing to do so often it annoys me

I then think about lvling another character

and what's the point of that, it's another 15$ a month and then I have to dual box if I want to make real use

and I don't want to dual box

usually i'm not picking i'm not hard to make happy

basically and honestly I think my issue all my issues in fact

are from me being on probation and not getting to smoke and drink

I know when I am smoking and I drink a few beers

the entire game opens up and I can do things for several hours and feel the fun not like I am at a second job

without speaking about probation too much

I have a plan to get it done by around april it's the end of december

4 months from now

hopefully I can smoke my pot drink my beer

and really enjoy the game how i want to

i'm in my own apartment now I have basically zero distractions

I can just sit down smoke drink and play ff11 how it was meant to be done

that's where I stand on ff11 as of 12/23/24
