Quick faq to the oblivion character 

Oblivion character was made on a PC program

Only two axes were added from program

Drop rates and exp gain are both adjusted for what I call fair in 2024

All deadra gear was found inside the game

This save puts you instantly at deadra gear and end game while keeping the difficulty 

Of a game that gets more difficult as time lvls kills everything progresses

Skills and attributes are donein character creation for ease of doing what you want end game

Breton tamer is the first in

Accelerated end game oblivion 

Skills just all capped to forget it exists

Attributes are done using a fair based system

Charm is command creature 

That's illusion 

You need to enchant deadra equipment 

To increase command creature lvl and duration 

That's the entire game for this character 

Next would be adding jug pets like ff11
