OnEvent blu spell learning

Just wanted to put an idea out there for blue mages learning magic

All in One users can type the name of the spell in the trigger phrase input

and a <call> in the action input

When the mob uses the tp move you'll get notified by a party <call>

Allowing you to not pay attention to FFXI and focus on other things you'd like to do

sub brd for paeon and easily learn spells without needing to focus on the monotonous task of turning your back and waiting for the tp move

Could even set an OnEvent trigger to recast paeon after it wears!
