Took 2 hours but I finally got the private server version working
I narrowed it down to the mainform which is mostly what controls the apperance or gui
the api initialization was firing off before the process list populated giving a api error
moved to the correct location and viola

The code for resting for hp/mp got placed below the code for pulling so after a target died if your hp met the conditions to rest the code would instantly start fighting a new target instead of resting.
Code for resting has now been placed in the correct spot and is working as intended again.
NOT ALL FILES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS DOWNLOAD
JUST THE 2 FILES YOU NEED TO SWITCH OUT
Delete the two files from the latest 7-11-26 all in one
or copy from the rar(or extracted folder) and paste/replace the 2 files in the 7-11-26 folder

Fairly large download 833MB
this is because the private server and retail server versions both have all the files and folders needed for the program to run. Otherwise it would be half as big, but you would need to move stuff around before the program works. Like this you can run either and they work fine without needing to move anything.
Everything has been tested and worked fine
