Rl has been nice just doing my usual stuff
I did change a few things in the program a couple days ago
Updates people had asked for
Currently I’m just not feeling testing my work
Writing the code is one thing. That isn’t so bad..
Actually testing the code and making sure everything works together. That’s a whole other thing.
I have 140 days left on supervision if I get accepted for early termination and 225 days if early termination gets denied.
Basically my po writes a letter to the da. The da either approves or denies. If the da approves then it goes to the judge the judge then approves or denies. If the da denies then that means I have to do full term.
Everyone involved seems to think I have a really good chance at early termination.
Community service all done
Anger management class done
Court costs paid off
Never missed, been late, or had to reschedule a home or office appointment
Always paid my supervision fees on time
My first ua was dirty but they always say that’s ok all other ua’s clean
Never been out past curfew
No run-ins with police officers
Absolutely no violations
Everyone I talk to about it as in my po my doctor at mhmr, Gemini, people that deal with this type of stuff
Think I have very good shot
But it really all comes down to what the da and judge decide
Once my case says closed on the portal and I get my document that’s signed and stamped by the judge
I still have to wait 48 hours for the document to update on all systems
Like I could have the signed and stamped document but the supervision system hasn’t updated
And I get called to office for a final final assessment
Once the case shows closed. I wait 48 hours… then viola donezo
After that I’m free to actually write my code and play 11 as I please
Which basically means getting faded to the gills and binge writing and testing
I enjoy it now
But when I can really relax and get in the mood it’ll be a million times better
The c# aio is a long term project. I plan on developing for many years.
Development is a little slow rn and that’s because I can’t smoke or drink and I’m going to bed early. Around 11pm I write my best code right before the sun comes up around 3am-6am but as I’ve mentioned I’m trying to pass the days as quickly as possible
I listen to all suggestions and the program will slowly receive updates over the next 140-235 days
Until I can smoke and drink again and really get lost in the code
I don’t hate writing sober. It’s just like there’s noise and a filter over that dogs the entire process
A friend of mine tried to tell me
Anything you can do while drinking and smoking you can also do sober
And I agree
But it just isn’t the same
Anyways that’s enough about that but I like to update you guys
The program that I have now
Needs a lot of testing done
It has so many different windows with so many options
It’s very difficult to test everything
I don’t like releasing without heavy testing which is the longest most tedious part
Just want the users to know
I haven’t stopped working on the program it’s just slow rn
It’ll be slow for about 4 to 7 more months. Either January or April
I may need a week or two after to get back on track
But once I’m free I plan on getting a lot done
