I can either straight fish moat carp which is more expensive and takes longer overall
I can fish bluetail and npc them then buy moat carp which my math shows it takes more fish caught then just straight moat carp
Or I can just buy moat carp dipping into my Gil but I don’t need to spam fish I’m already at the level cap for making getting to 100 slower
I have enough to buy all the moat to finish but then I’ll be broke
I’ll probably do a mixture of everything
I’ll get up to bluetail cap
Then see how far away from 10k I am
Which I imagine will be a lot
Because I don’t see myself making that much Gil -55 or even -61 from fishing alone
But honestly what I am feeling
I don’t see how just fishing moat carp wouldn’t be the best route
If I can fish 600 moat carp a day it’ll be like 14 days of fishing
It’ll cost me 500k
I really don’t think I’ll make 2,000,000 Gil npcing bluetail in 14 days
I don’t see that happening
Well just did the math and it does math out surprisingly
600 fish a day at 300g per fish 180,000 times 14 days 2,520,000 so that math does make sense
That really isn’t bad Gil at all honestly
I’m about to hit 27 tonight so I still got plenty of time before I can start catching bluetail but it seems realistic
I’m still only looking at 14 more days when I get serious
The real kicker is that moat need to be caught with insect paste and for 10k you’re looking at about 600k in bait
Where bluetail can be caught with a minnow so bait cost is much less
Either way I’m looking at about 14 days but I’ll need to get my skill up for bluetail first
But that does seem really good as much as I was putting it down
