Just to prefix, previously I thought I had capped skill but I checked during a chocobo digging campaign that lowered zone dig time. I ended up being rank 7 when I finally checked without the campaign, but for months thought I was capped and quit digging.
It has been a few months since then and managed to get that oh so desired rank 10 expert today.
Only took me about 15 or 16 days to go from rank 9 to rank 10 using sky blue silk, max endurance choco, and chocobo rope.
This is assuming 6,000 digs total, at 100 a day normally, 200 with capped endurance meaning instead of 60 days, 30 days and sky blue silk which gives skill 50% of the time so instead of 30 days 15 days
I can confirm once you cap you no longer receive skill up messages with sky blue silk.
chocobo rope seems to help quiet a bit but very hard to test.
Now i'm exciting to work on my other characters which I have been taking a break from doing.
So cool to have capped skill finally, I'm not sure which zone I want to dig first with my capped skill, probably rolanberry fields in the past, that's one of my favorites, very cool zone for digging
