From what I gather

A carrot is .5

Care plan 1 3 or 5

Tokens or training is 1-3

It takes 9 points to skill up

Endurance does not have a care plan that returns 5

Need 6 rank ups from substandard to first-class

That's 6*9

Or 54

4 carrots 2 training and care plan

All together

.5 *4 2*4 and 1

This gives 6

You need 9 to rank up

But you get 6 a day

This is not an issue because of stable time

If a token is used that's the extra 2 or 3 for that day to rank up

In 6 days total

Remember it's only day 45 in the stable and we do have 129 days

Strength needs to just reach average 

And endurance needs to get far in first-class

It's a balance act to not get strength up while capping endurance as quickly as possible
