at this point we are at about 30% mass

100% mass at the largest was projected to be 50% mass of the fully completed size

at this point we are trying to maintain 30%-40% mass

under 20% gets squirrelly, above 40% is dangerous

at this point there is no plans to return to 100% or even past 40%

the undertaking would be truely epic, truely monumental

at this point, anyone that has train to give the mass back, has got about 5% is the restoration process and gave up

which means upbeat has to undo all the work they did, so they are not on that, then go back to the norm, like they never helped

upbeat would refuse help from anyone, literally anyone, they do 5% or less of the restoration rebuild

it's all there, it could probably reach the full size, double the largest it ever was

but the amount of work to restore it is truely astronomical

it can be fully repaired and brought back 

but honestly, 30-40% is probably a better place to keep it

it would be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much work to repair to the full size
